Cancellation Policy
1. You can cancel your account at any time by emailing us at contact@hipship.com.
2. Upon cancellation, all your data and content will be permanently deleted from our systems. Please ensure you truly wish to cancel before proceeding.
3. If you cancel your service mid-month, you will receive a final invoice via email. Once paid, no further charges will be incurred.
4. Hipship Online Service Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate our services at any time without prior notice.
5. In case of suspected fraudulent activity, Hipship may suspend or terminate your account.
Refund Policy
1. Refunds for wallet balances can be requested by contacting our accounts team at contact@hipship.com.
2. Upon cancellation of your account, you may request a refund of the wallet balance. Our accounts team will provide a timeline for when the refund will be credited back to the original source.
3. Note: If a booked shipment is cancelled before pickup, the deducted wallet amount will be re-credited to your wallet.
